Life I was a stay at home mother for 18 years. I have three children, Mark age 53, Ron age 48 and Debbie age 44. When Mark went off to college I decided to complete my college education and received a BA in Behavioral Science from Cal Poly in Pomona.I also went to work for Los Angeles County where I worked for 25 years as an appeals hearing specialist. I retired in 1997. During this time I went to work for H&R Block preparing income taxes. I have worked for them for 21 years and am still going strong. I was also the president of a professional organization for tax consultants.
